- Every content has a “main” goal, either to educate, convert, promote, or sell. Once the goal is clear, I research based on what I know about the target audience while focused on the latest and previous trends, reviews, industry jargon, and facts. My SEO research includes Competitor Analysis, FAQs, SERP analysis, and ranking keywords. I document every information I need to begin writing.
Write
- I don’t just write content; I write with empathy to connect with my audience and make them feel heard. I begin with an outline, a rough draft of my ideas, research notes, keywords, citation facts, and juice (to keep the energy flowing).
Optimize
- Every step is crucial for great content, but this is where the real work is. Before I begin this step, I like to take a short break. This way, I come back with a fresh pair of eyes. I optimize my content for search crawlers through Headlines, H2 and H3 Subheads, Simplifying paragraphs and complex sentences, Proofreading (Using Grammarly, Hemmingway, and Quillbot Chrome extension), and link building.
